MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS ON ANTAGO AVENUE
BETWEEN GRAND RIVER AND LONG AVENUE
On May 19, 1958, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, ami was called to order by the President at approximately
8:20 P. M. Present-- Austin T. Grant, Frank O'Neill, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Robert
Sasser, Jack Salvadore and James R. McCann. Absent-- Sydney B. Bagnall.
The President of the Council stated that, pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 31 of the City of Livonia, as amended, and likewise pursuant to a
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with Section 12 of said Ordinance No. 31, as amended, the City Council was opening
a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the special assessment roll for
road improvements in Antago Avenue.
There being no questions and comments, the President declared the Public
Hearing for the purpose of considering the assessment roll for road improvements
on Antago Avenue closed at approximately 8:25 P. M., May 19, 1958.
