MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AS SESSMENT ROLL
L SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 11
STREET LIGHTING
On September 12, 1957, the above hearing was called to order at approximately
8:01 P. M., by the Vice President of the Council. Present-- Frank O'Neill, Peter A.
Ventura, John T. Daugherty, Rudolf R. Kleinert and Austin T. Grant. Absent-- David
L. Jones and Sydney B. Bagnall.
The Vice President stated that, pursuant to provisions of Ordinance No. 31
of the City of Livonia, as amended, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hear-
ing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section 12 of said
Ordinance No. 31, as amended, the City Council was opening a Publix Hearing for the
purpose of reviewing the Special Assessment Roll for the installation of electric
street lighting in portions of the South 1/2 and the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35, the
Southwest 1/14 and the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36; and the Southeast 1/14 of Section
314, of the City of Livonia.
Questions and comments were given the consideration by the Council, which
questions and comments appear in a transcript of this meeting on file in the City
Clerk's office.
There being no further discussion, the Vice President declared the Public
Hearing for the purpose of considering the Assessment Roll for Street Lighting
closed at 8:35 P. M., September 12, 1957.
