MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 5.
On October 24, 1955, the above hearing was called to order at 7:34 P. M.,
by the President. Roll was called with the following result : Present-- John T.
Daugherty, David L. Jones, Harry R. Kiram, Rudolf R. Kleinert, John W. Whitehead,
Nettie Carey ani Wilson W. Edgar. Absent-- None.
President Daugherty stated that, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 31 of the City of Livonia, as amended, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of
Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section
12 of said Ordinance, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing for
the purpose of reviewing the Special Assessment Roll for street lighting in Rosedale
Gardens Subdivisions No. 9, 10, 11 and 12 and adjacent areas.
Questions arra comments made by Robert W. Wolverton, 32930 W. Chicago, were
given due consideration by the Council.
It was moved by Councilman Jones, seconded by Councilman Whit ehead, that
the Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the Assessment Roll for Street Light-
ing in Rosedale Gardens Subdivisions be closed, the time being 7:42 P. M., October
24, 1955. Motion carried.
