OF INSTALLING CERTAIN INPRUVEIENTS IN BOTSFORD
PARK SUBDIVISION
June 21, 1956.
The President announced that, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the
City Council on May 20, 1956,, the hour of 8:0u olclock P. 1I., having arrived,
a Puolic Hearing would be held on the question as to whether or not certain im-
provements should be installed in Botsford Park Subdivision, the cost of which
will be defrayed by special assessment under Ordinance No. 31, as amended.
Notices of such hearing were mailed to interested parties under date of June
1, 1956.
Questions and coinients made by residents were given due consideration
by the Council, which questions and comments appear in a transcript of this
public hearing.
The President declared tie public hearing for the purpose of determin-
ing the necessity of installing certain improvements in Botsford Park Subdivision
closed at 9:02 P. N., June 21, 1956.
