MINUTi;S OF PIL3LIC HEARING ON ASSLSSPENT ROLL
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 8
Rosedale Gardens subdivision
On October 29, 1956, the above hearing was called to order at approximately
7:41 P. N., by the Vice President of the Council. Present-- Frank O'Neill, S ydney B.
Bagnall, David L. Jones, Peter A. Ventura and John T. Dautherty. Absent-- *Austin T.
Grant and Rudolf R. Iacinert.
The Vice President stated that, pursuant to provisions of Ordinance No. 31
of the City of Livonia, as amended, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing
duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section 12 of said
Ordinance No. 31, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing for the
purpose of reviewing the Special Assessment Roll on resurfacing of streets in Rose-
dale Gardens Subdivis: on.
Questions and comments made by residents were given due consideration by
the Council, which ques ions and comments a,pear in a transcript of this meeting on
file in the City Clerk's office.
Vice Pres_ dent O'Neill relinquished the chair to President Grant at
8:13 P. N.
There being no further discussion, President Grant declared the Public
Hearing for the purpose of considering the Assessment Loll for the resurfacing of
streets in Rosedale Gardens Subdivision closed at 8:39 P. N., October 29, 1956.
