MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 7
BOTSFORD PARK SUBDIVISION
On August 22, 1956, the above hearing was called to order at approximately
8:22 P.A. by the Vice President of the Council. Present -- Frank O'Neill,
Sydney B. Bagnall, Rudolf R. Kleinert, David L. Jones and Peter A. Ventura.
Absent: Austin T. Grant and John T. Daugherty.
Vice President O'Neill stated that, pursuant to provisions of Ordinance
No. 31 of the City of Livonia, as amended, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of
Public Hearing, duly published and sent to property owners in accordancd with
Section 12 of said Ordinance No. 31, as amended, the City Council was opening
a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the Special Assessment Roll on
L paving of streets and construction of storm sewers in Botsford Park Subdivision.
Questions and comments made by Ernest L. Travenol 19340 Rensellor,
were given due consideration by the Council.
There being no further discussion, Vice President O'Neill declared the
Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the Assessment Roll for the paving
of streets and construction of storm sewers in Botsford Park Subdivision closed
at 8:35 P.M., August 22, 1956.
