advertise a Christmas Cookie Walk fundraiser they will be holding on Saturday,
December 15, 2007.
2. REQUEST FROM THE MICHIGAN LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION TO
INVESTIGATE THE REQUEST FROM M.N.B. DINING, INC. REQUESTING A
NEW TAVERN LICENSE WITH OFFICAL PERMIT (FOOD) TO BE LOCATED
AT 33971 PLYMOUTH ROAD, LIVONIA, MI 48150, WAYNE COUNTY: Division
of Police, re: for the business located at 33971 Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI
48150, Wayne County, and known as Thomas's Family Restaurant & Catering.
3. REQUEST TO APPROVE NETWORK SUPPORT SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH NUSOFT SOLUTIONS FOR COMPUTER SYSTEM: Division of Police, re:
support for computer network infrastructure.
4. REQUEST TO PURCHASE POLICE VEHICLE: Division of Police, re: to replace
a vehicle totaled in an accident utilizing MMRMA settlement funds.
5. APPLICATION FOR MASSAGE APPRENTICE PERMIT: Office of the City
Clerk, re: submitted by Tracy Wojciechowski in accordance with Chapter 5.49 of
the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended.
6. BREAKDOWN OF WAYNE COUNTY WINTER TAX RATES FOR 2007: Office
of the City Clerk, re: forwarding a communication from Gary Evanko, Director,
Assessment and Equalization Division, Wayne County.

7. REQUEST TO EXTEND CONTRACT WITH BRANCH TREE SERVICE, INC.
FOR TREE TRIMMING: Public Service Division, re: to provide 2008 Municipal
Tree Trimming Program, extending the 2003 pricing for a period of one year.
8. REQUEST TO EXTEND CONTRACT WITH BRENDEL'S SEPTIC TANK
SERVICE FOR 2008 PORTABLE TOILET SERVICE: Public Service Division,
re: to provide portable toilet service for the 2008 season at the unit prices bid in
their proposal, dated February 5, 2007.
9. REQUEST TO EXTEND CONTRACT WITH ALLIE BROS. FOR UNIFORM
ITEMS: Public Service Division, re: to supply uniform items, for the period July
1, 2007 through June 30, 2009 at the unit prices bid in their proposal, dated April
22, 2003.
10. AWARD OF BID: Public Service Division, re: to renovate the interior of Fire
Station Nos. 5 and 6.
11. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2007-08-02-30
submitted by Avis Budget Group requesting waiver use approval to operate a car
rental facility located on the north side of Plymouth Road between Middlebelt
Road and Camden Avenue (29070 Plymouth Road), in the Southwest % of

12. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2007-08-02-35
submitted by Mayfield Partners, L.L.C. requesting waiver use approval to
construct and operate a child care facility located on the north side of Seven Mile
Road between Mayfield Avenue and Shadyside Avenue (32520 Seven Mile
Road), in the Southwest % of Section 3.
13. REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN EXTENSION: Planning Commission, re: Petition
2003-02-08-05 submitted by S $ N Development Company, which initially
received approval by the City Council on April 23, 2003, per 183-03, requesting a
fourth one-year extension of plans to construct an office building on the north
side of Seven Mile Road between Newburgh Road and Victor Parkway (37640
Seven Mile Road), in the Southeast % of Section 6. (CR 553-06, CR 535-05, CR
168-04, and CR 183-03)
14. REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN EXTENSION: Planning Commission, re: Petition
2006-07-08-14 submitted by Gallagher Group Construction Co., Inc., which
previously received approval by the City Council on September 13, 2006 per CR
449-06, requesting a one-year extension of the plans to construct a medical
office building on properties located on the south side of Six Mile Road between
Oporto Avenue and Middlebelt Road (29945 and 29929 Six Mile Road), in the
Northeast % of Section 14.

15. SITE PLAN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2007-09-08-15
submitted by John Stewart Architects, on behalf of Dr. Zuzana Grunberger, in
connection with a proposal to construct a dental office building on property
located on the west side of Middlebelt Road between Wentworth Avenue and
Puritan Avenue (15939 Middlebel# Road), in the Southeast'/ of Section 14.

17. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 543, AS AMENDED:
Department of Law, re: Petition 2007-05-01-03 submitted by Ajamco Inc. for a
change of zoning of property located on the west side of Middlebelt Road,
between Six Mile Road to the north and Munger Avenue to the south (16825
Middlebelt Road), in the Northeast 1/4 Section 14 from P to C-2. (Parking to

18. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 543, AS AMENDED:
Department of Law, re: to Sections 18.45 and 19.06 (Protective Wall, Required)

19. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as amended:

Commission pursuant to Council Resolution 280-07 on behalf of Marvin Jenkins,
for a change of zoning of property located at 27680 Joy Road, on the north side
of Joy Road between Cardwell Avenue and Inkster Road in the Southeast %. of
