1 REQUEST TO PLACE SIGNS AT REFERENCED LOCATIONS: Sandy
O'Daniel, Administrative Assistant, Newburg United Methodist Church, re: to
advertise a Mom to Mom Sale scheduled for Saturday, April 28, 2007 and a
Rummage Sale scheduled for Thursday through Saturday, May 3 - 5, 2007.
2. REQUEST TO PLACE SIGNS AT REFERENCED LOCATIONS: Juli Jeffery,
Livonia Garden Club, re: to advertise their annual "Plant Sharing" event to be
held at Greenmead on Saturday, May 12, 2007.
3. PROPOSED LOT SPLIT: Department of Assessment, re: requested by Mr. Leo
Soave for Tax Item No. 46-093-99-0013-001 located south of Five Mile Road and
west of Inkster Road, 14901 Cavell. (File No. 2006 -12 -LS -35)
4. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED: Jeff White, Landlord, re: to amend Section 060 of Title 15, Chapter
32 (Property Maintenance Code) to require inspections of rental properties every
three (3) years, as opposed to the current annual inspection.
5. YEAR 2006 ANNUAL REPORT OF BRIGHT HOUSE NETWORKS: Robert A.
McCann, Division President, Detroit Region, re: same.
6. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks & Recreation, re: of various items of
Clothing for the 2007 departmental needs.
7. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSE TO COUNCIL RESOLUTION 02-07:
Department of Community Resources, re: the issue of posting Council meetings
on the City's website.

8. REQUEST TO ACCEPT QUOTATION: Water and Sewer Board, re: to test,
repair and calibrate large commercial water meters for the period through
December 31, 2007, with an additional amount of $8,000.00 for the purchase of
repair parts.
9. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSE TO THE REQUEST TO INVESTIGATE THE
CONDITION OF THE SYCAMORE TREE LOCATED IN FRONT OF 15523
LIVERPOOL: Public Service Division, re: brought to the attention of the City by
resident Kathy Lipinski.
10. REQUEST TO APPROVE PURCHASE: Public Service Division, re: of three (3)
wide -area Turf Mowers with cabs and attachments for two (2) of the mowers
utilizing pricing obtained through the State of Michigan bid process.
11. REQUEST TO APPROVE SELECTION OF CONSULTANT: Public Service
Division, re: to study existing conditions, evaluate alternatives with City staff,
produce design documents and provide construction inspection services in
connection with the City Hall (excluding the Annex) Heating, Venting and Air
Conditioning Replacement Project.
12. REQUEST FOR ADOPTION OF A COMMUNITY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PERMITS: Public Service
Division, re: as requested by the County of Wayne for activities that may take
place within County roads right-of-ways.
13 REQUEST TO ADOPT UPDATED PERFORMANCE RESOLUTION: Public
Service Division, re: as requested by the Michigan Department of Transportation
(M.D.O.T.) as verification that a governmental body will fulfill permit requirements
for work performed on State highways. (CR 75-04)
14 REQUEST TO APPROVE PROPOSED 2007 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM:
Engineering Division, re: this includes resident -requested repair locations and
locations called in through citizen complaints throughout the City, consisting of
approximately 747 locations. (CR 784-82)
15: AWARD OF CONTRACT: Engineering Division, re: for the 2007 Sidewalk
Repair Program (Contract 07-G).

17. LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE — Meeting of March 6, 2007
a. Subject of establishment of procedures to notify residents before a "Stop"
sign is removed in their neighborhood. (CR 545-06)
b. Letter from Mr. Ken Pumo, 16642 Harrison Street, with regard to the
possibility of amending Chapter 84 of Title 10 of the Livonia Code of
Ordinances, as amended, regarding the operation of bicycles on City
streets. (CR 301-06)
C. Letter from Robert and Tamera Clos, 39133 Grennada, Livonia, Michigan
48154, requesting to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as amended, with
respect to the 1000 ft. separation requirement for day care facilities. (CR
367-03)
d. Subject of reviewing Section 4.02(g) of Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as
amended, which pertains to the regulation of commercial vehicles in
residential neighborhoods. (CR 471-03)

18 REQUEST FOR ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE
"EIGHT MILE CORRIDOR KEEPER PROGRAM": Tami Salisbury, Executive
Director, Eight Mile Boulevard Association, re: the development and
establishment of a property maintenance education and compliance program that
will enhance the appearance, overall community value and business climate
along Eight Mile Road through education, assistance, code compliance and
cooperation.
