TIMES FOR THE 2007 BOARD OF REVIEW MEETINGS, AS WELL AS
COMPENSATION RATES FOR MEMBERS: Department of Assessment, re:
per the requirements of State statute, M.S.A. 7.30 and Act 149 of 1984.
2. REQUEST FROM THE MICHIGAN LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION TO
INVESTIGATE THE REQUEST FROM FONTE BUSINESS ACQUISITION, LLC,
TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF A 2006 CLASS C/SDM LICENSED
BUSINESS WITH SUNDAY SALES FROM FONTE D'AMORE, INC.; REQUEST
FOR NEW OFFICIAL PERMIT (FOOD) AND REQUEST TO DROP EXISTING
SDM LICENSE: Division of Police, re: for the business located at 32030
Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI 48150, Wayne County.
3. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE 11 REPLACEMENT
POLICE VEHICLES: Division of Police, re: from pricing obtained through the
Macomb County Consortium and the State of Michigan bidding process from
funds budgeted for this purpose.
4. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks & Recreation, re: for design, proofs,
editing, printing and sorting of "L" Magazine for the period of April 2007 through
March 2008 from funds budgeted for this purpose.,
5. REQUEST TO EXTEND PROPOSAL FOR THE PURCHASE OF SMALL
DIAMETER WATER METERS, COMPOUND WATER METERS, AND FIRE
Lo LINE METERS AND TESTERS: Water and Sewer Board, re: with Invensys
Metering Systems, Inc. for the period January1, 2007 through December 31,
2007, with no increase over existing 2006 pricing. (CR 09-06)

6. REQUEST TO EXTEND BID FOR THE 2007 TREE AND STUMP REMOVAL
FROM CITY PARK SITES PROGRAM: Public Service Division, re: with Ashton
Tree Service, Inc. with no increase over their 2006 pricing. (CR 307-06)
7. REQUEST TO ADVISE THE WAYNE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SERVICES THAT THE CITY HAS APPROVED THE STORM SEWER PLANS
AND WILL ACCEPT JURISDICTION AND CONTROL OF THE STORM SEWER
WITHIN THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF .MIDDLEBELT
ROAD, SOUTH OF FIVE MILE ROAD; AND REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE
CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE A WAYNE COUNTY PERMIT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY: Engineering Division, re: the development of the American
Montessori Academy by Middlebelt Holdings, L.L.C. on the property located at
14800 Middlebelt Road in the Northwest % of Section 24.
8. REQUEST TO APPROVE FINAL COST INFORMATION FOR THE 2003
SIDEWALK PROGRAM — CONTRACT 03-13: Engineering Division, re: which
includes additional appropriations for additional work completed and final
payment to the contractor, Hard Rock Concrete. (CR 393-03 and CR 104-03)

SIDEWALK PROGRAM — CONTRACT 06-G: Engineering Division, re: which
includes additional appropriations for additional work completed and final
payment to the contractor, Joe Rotondo Construction Corporation. (CR 184-06)
10. SITE PLAN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2006-06-08-12
submitted by Lewandowski Engineers, on behalf of Marathon Petroleum
Company, in connection with a proposal to demolish and reconstruct the gas
station (Speedway) located on the southwest corner of Plymouth and Farmington
Roads (33405 Plymouth Road) in the Northeast % of Section 33.

11. COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE — Meeting of January 30, 2007
a. Petition 2006-08-01-07 submitted by Agree Limited Partnership requesting
to rezone property located on the west side of Newburgh Road, between
Mallory Drive and Six Mile Road (17001 Newburgh Road), in the
Northeast % of Section 18 from C-1 to C-2 (Local Business to General
Business). (CR 591-06)
b. Petition 2006-10-02-23 submitted by Valia, Inc. requesting waiver use
approval to utilize an SDD liquor license at Aloha Market located on the
north side of Five Mile Road, between Levan Road and Golfview Drive
(36274 Five Mile Road), in the Southeast % of Section 17. (CR 607-06)

12. ` PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to amend Title 12, Chapter 16 (Parks and
Playgrounds) to change the name of Tiffany Park to Bien Park. (CR 10-07)
13.1 ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, Department of Law, re: to amend Section 070 of Title 2, Chapter 200
(Ethics), to provide for semi-annual meetings of the Board, as opposed to on a
quarterly basis, with additional meetings to be scheduled as business may
require.
First Reading given by Councilmember Meakin on January 17, 2007.
14. i ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, Department of Law, re: Petition 2006-08-03-03 submitted by Paul
Camilleri requesting to vacate the easement on the vacated road portion of the
property located on the north side of Hoy Road, between Melvin Avenue and
Beatrice Avenue (29818 Hoy), in the Northwest % of Section 23, as modified so
as to retain the westerly 10 feet of the easement.
First Reading given by Councilmember Taylor on January 17, 2007.
15.ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, Department of Law, re: to repeal Title 5, Chapter 51 (Motor Buses),
as it is no longer necessary since both motor buses and school buses are
extensively regulated by state law (Motor Bus Transportation Act of 1982 and the
Pupil Transportation Act of 1990).
First Reading given by Councilmember Robinson on January 17, 2007.
16. ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, Department of Law, re: to amend Title 5, Chapter 84 (Taxicabs) to
address child safety restraints, criminal/sexual conduct background checks for
drivers and operators pertaining to child care transportation by a taxicab service
and updates to reflect various state laws.
First Reading given by Councilmember Robinson on January 17, 2007.
17. ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, Department of Law, re: to add Chapter 45 (Conduct in Vicinity of
Funerals) to Title 9 to protect funeral guests from being subjected to disruptive
protests in accordance with Public Acts 148 and 152 of the Public Acts of 2006.
