REQUEST TO ACCEPT QUOTATION FOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Department of Finance, re: with Citizens Management, Inc. to provide claims administration services and with Midwest Employers Casualty Company to provide excess insurance coverage when losses from any one claim reaches $750,000, for the period of December 1, 2014 to November 30, 2015. 3. REQUEST TO RENEW THE CITY’S LIABILITY AND PROPERTY INSURANCE COVERAGE: Department of Finance, re: with the Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority (MMRMA) for the period from December 1, 2014 to November 30, 2015. SITE PLAN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2014-09-08-13, submitted by LPR Land Company, in connection with a proposal to remodel the exterior of the nine-story independent senior housing facility, known as William W. Brashear Tower, located on the west side of N. Laurel Park Drive between Six Mile Road and University Drive (17841 N. Laurel Park Drive) in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 6. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Section 020 (d) of Title 15, Chapter 51 (Vacant and Abandoned Structures) in order to lengthen the time before a residential structure is classified as vacant and abandoned from being unoccupied for twenty-eight (28) days to at least ninety (90) days. 7. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Section 050 (c)(4) of Title 2, Chapter 04 (City Council) in order to regulate the total amount of time used per individual in audience communication, including time before the start of the meeting and after the last agenda item has been heard. 8. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as amended: Department of Law, re: Petition 2008-11-06-04, submitted by the City Planning Commission, pursuant to Council Resolution #477-08 and Section 23.01(a) of Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as amended, proposing to amend Section 11.03 of Article XI, to require waiver use approval of any business licensed pursuant to the Deferred Presentment Service Transactions Act, MCL 487.2121, et. seq. First Reading given by Councilmember Lynda Scheel on November 5, 2014. 9. REZONING PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2014-08-01-06, submitted by Kucyk Soave and Fernandes, P.L.L.C., to rezone the property located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Newburgh Road and Eckles Road (38801 and 38901 Plymouth Road), in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 30, from R-U-F (Rural Urban Farm) to R-1 (One Family Residential) Public Hearing held on October 27, 2014. 10. PROPOSED REVISED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR LEVAN ROAD SANITARY SEWER PROJECT: Engineering Division, re: for installation of a new 10-inch sanitary sewer main to service parcels located on the east side of Levan Road (15160, 15200, and 15230 Levan Road), in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 20.
