RESOLVED that having considered a communication from City
Council President, Maureen Miller Brosnan, dated November 6, 2014, with regard
to the issue of the vacancy of the City Clerk position, the Council does hereby refer
this matter to the Committee of the Whole for its report and recommendation.
The term will expire on December 31, 2015.
