REQUEST TO APPROVE PROPOSED 2013 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM: Engineering Division, re: which includes a target area in Section 24, as well as a number of scattered locations throughout the City. (CR 784-82) UNFINISHED BUSINESS MEETINGS OF THE COMMITTEES 8. COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE – Meeting of February 4, 2013 a. RESOLVED, that having considered a communication from the City Planning Commission, dated July 6, 2012, which transmits its Resolution No. 06-59- 2012, and a subsequent communication from the City Planning Commission dated July 11, 2012, which transmits its Resolution No. 07-61-2012, with regard to Petition 2012-06-08-05 submitted by Nick Shango, requesting site plan approval in connection with a proposal to redevelop the Nicholas Plaza shopping center at 13820-13840 Merriman Road and 31281 Schoolcraft Road located on the Southeast corner of Schoolcraft Road and Merriman Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 26, pursuant to the provisions set forth in Section 18.58 of Ordinance No. 543, as amended, the Council does hereby refer this item to the Committee of the Whole for its report and recommendation. (CR 324-12) UNFINISHED BUSINESS 9. PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Water and Sewer Board, re: to Sections 120 and 150 of Title 13, Chapter 8 (Water Meters) granting access to authorized employees of the Water Department to service water meters and to allow the installation of an outside touch pad-type device to a property where the Water Department has not been able to make a meter reading for not less than two (2) successive billing periods. 10. ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, Department of Law, re: to add Section 120 to Title 9, Chapter 30 (Narcotic and Dangerous Substances) in order to conform to state law regarding the approved methods of transportation of medical marijuana. ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, Department of Law, re: to Section 202 of Title 3, Chapter 16 (Plymouth Road Development Authority) by removing the purely residential parcels from the district. (CR 365-12 & 477-12) First Reading given by Councilmember Maureen Brosnan on March 11, 2013. 12.
