ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, Department of Law, re: re: Petition 2011-03-03-01 submitted by the
City Planning Commission, pursuant to Council Resolution #74-11 and Section
12.08 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, to determine whether or
not to vacate Library Drive at a total vacation length of 1,003.18 feet, located
between Five Mile Road and Civic Center Drive in the Northwest ¼ of Section
22. (CR 167-11)
First Reading given by Councilmember Meakin on June 20, 2011.
