REQUEST TO AWARD CONTRACT TO SOLE SOURCE; REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIRECTOR TO SOLICIT SEALED BIDS; AND REQUEST TO APPROVE APPROPRIATIONS AND EXPENDITURES: Inspection Department, re: to purchase upgraded software licensing for the Inspection and Sanitation Departments, to purchase various required computer hardware, and to authorize funding from Capital Outlay accounts.
