Garchar, re: for the south side of Ann Arbor Trail from Dowling Street to
Rosedale Elementary for safety reasons.
2. APPLICATION FOR MASSAGE APPRENTICE PERMIT: Office of the City
Clerk, re: submitted by Charnika Holmes in accordance with Chapter 5.49 of the
Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended.
3. APPLICATION FOR MASSAGE APPRENTICE PERMIT: Office of the City
Clerk, re: submitted by Jeffrey Ramseyer in accordance with Chapter 5.49 of the
Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended.
4. APPLICATION FOR MASSAGE APPRENTICE PERMIT: Office of the City
Clerk, re: submitted by Amy Jackey in accordance with Chapter 5.49 of the

5. APPLICATION FOR MASSAGE THERAPIST PERMIT: Office of the City Clerk,

7. REQUEST FROM THE MICHIGAN LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION TO
INVESTIGATE THE REQUEST FROM VIP LAZEEZ, LLC TO TRANSFER
OWNERSHIP OF A 2011 CLASS C LICENSED BUSINESS WITH DANCE
PERMIT AND OFFICIAL PERMIT (FOOD), FROM COMPTON VILLAGE
COCKTAIL LOUNGE INC.; AND A NEW OFFICIAL PERMIT (DANCE) FOR
WEEKDAYS 2:30 AM TO 7:00 AM AND SUNDAYS, 2:30 AM TO 12:00 PM
(STEP 2): Division of Police, re: for the business located at 28500 Schoolcraft,
Livonia, MI 48150.
8. REQUEST TO APPROVE PURCHASE: Public Service Division, re: of one (1)
Combination Sewer Cleaning Truck (Vactor), Parts and Related Services through
the National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (National IPA).

9. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to amend Section 2.08(14) (Massage
Establishment), to update the types of businesses that are allowed to have
massages performed.
10. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSE TO COUNCIL RESOLUTION 365-12:
Department of Law, re: prepared a resolution of intent to amend the Plymouth
Road Authority District by removing the purely residential parcels from the
district.
