(CR 158-06) UNFINISHED BUSINESS 14 PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO 543, AS AMENDED Department of Law, re Petition 2005-09-01-11 submitted by Terry Sever, on behalf of Harvey and Jewell Harris and John and Diane Breitenbach, for a change of zoning of properties located on the north side of Seven Mile Road, between Merriman Road and Auburndale Avenue (31700 and 31750 Seven Mile Road), in the Southeast ' of Section 3 from RUFB to R-1 (Rural Urban Farm — 1/2 Acre Lots to One Family Residential —60' x 120' Lots) (CR 320-06) 15 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED Department of Law, re to Title 12, Chapter 16 (Parks and Playgrounds) and Title 12, Chapter 18 (Naming of Public Places and Buildings) to change the name of the Livonia Civic Center Building to the Livonia City Hall — Edward H McNamara Building and to remove Edward McNamara's name from Bicentennial Park. Department of Law, re: with the former owner to reimburse the City for all expenses involved in this matter, as well as to agree to bring both the exterior and interior of the home into compliance with applicable codes within a specified time (CR 390-04) 21 PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO COUNCIL RESOLUTION 291-06 AND via REQUEST TO APPROVE SIGNAGE PACKAGE.
