6 REQUEST TO APPROVE DESIGNATION OF AUTHORIZED DEPOSITORIES
Department of Finance, re. to allow the City to collect property tax payments and
water bills, as well as purchase Certificates of Deposit, at these financial
institutions.
7 PURCHASE OF UNMARKED POLICE VEHICLES. Division of Police, re.
purchase of four (4) vehicles from the Federal Forfeiture Account, and waiver of
the sealed bid process based on the Police Department's association with three
bid/purchasing consortiums (the State of Michigan, Oakland and Macomb
Counties)

FESTIVAL AT GREENMEAD• Department of Community Resources and the
Historical Commission, re• on Saturday, September 23, 2006 from 11 00 a.m. to
9.00 p.m. and Sunday, September 24, 2006 from 9:00 a.m. to 6.00 p m. for a fee
of $3,000 00, along with profits from a food booth and the sale of advance
tickets.
