SERVICES THAT THE CITY HAS APPROVED THE STORM SEWER PLANS
AND WILL ACCEPT JURISDICTION AND CONTROL OF THE ENTIRE ON-
SITE STORM SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM, REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE
THE CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE A WAYNE COUNTY PERMIT ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY, AND REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
Engineering Division, re the development of Buildings A and B at College Park
by Schoolcraft Commons, L.L.0 , located at 17400 Haggerty Road and 17410
