3 PROPOSED LOT SPLIT Department of Assessment, re requested by Thomas

4 PRESENTATION BY GROWTH WORKS' WESTERN WAYNE CARE
MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION Dale F Yagiela, Executive Director, re to
update the Council on the Wayne County Juvenile Justice program, to identify
efforts in providing juvenile delinquency services through the Western Wayne
Care Management Organization, and to provide specific outcome data regarding
the progress of Livonia youth involved in this program

at Fox Creek Golf Course
6 REQUEST TO EXTEND BID Public Service Division, re with Branch Service,
Inc for the Winter 2006-2007 Municipal Tree Trimming Program at prices they
bid in August of 2003 (CR 575-05 and CR 602-03)
7 ESTABLISHMENT OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS Engineering Division, re to
ensure the installation of public improvements at Livonia Manor Site
Condominiums, located on the north side of Seven Mile Road, between
Merriman Road and Auburndale Avenue, in the Southeast % of Section 3 (CR
519-05 and Petition 2005-08-08-16)

8 REQUEST TO APPROVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE
CITY OF LIVONIA AND THE COUNTY OF WAYNE Engineering Division, re
on Newburgh Road at Holmes Middle School, with the City's portion to be 100%
of the energy and maintenance costs, and on Haggerty Road at College Park
Drive, with the City's portion to be 25% of the energy and maintenance costs
(Wayne County to absorb 50% and the Charter Township of Northville to absorb
the remaining 25%)
9 REQUEST TO APPROVE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF LIVONIA AND THE COUNTY OF WAYNE Engineering Division,
re for the resurfacing of Wayne Road from Joy Road to Plymouth Road, and for
the rehabilitation of the Wayne Road Bridge over the Rouge River/Edward N
Hines Drive, with the City's participation estimated at $104,907 00, or 7 67%
10 WAIVER PETITION Planning Commission, re Petition 2006-07-02-17
submitted by Kathleen McCarty requesting approval to operate a real estate
office on property located on the east side of Farmington Road, between
Rayburn Avenue and Broadmoor Court (15712 Farmington Road), in the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 15
11 WAIVER PETITION Planning Commission, re Petition 2006-07-02-18
submitted by TCF National Bank requesting approval to construct and operate a 400
bank with drive-up service facilities on property located on the west side of
Middlebelt Road, between Schoolcraft Road and the CSX Railroad (13401
Middlebelt Road), in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26
12 VACATING PETITION Planning Commission, re Petition 2006-06-03-01
submitted by Lori Barnes and pursuant to Council Resolution 334-06, requesting
to vacate a six foot (6') wide utility easement for the purpose of installing a pool
on property located on the west side of Francavilla Drive, between Six Mile Road
and Myron Drive (17417 Francavilla Drive), in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 9

business effective July 11, 2006
