2 BLOCK PARTY Lisa Damico, re to be held Saturday, August 12, 2006, from
2 00 p m to 10 00 p m on Martin, between Loveland and Westmore, with no rain
date requested
3 VACATING REQUEST Lori Barnes, re of a 6 ft. utility easement located at
17417 Francavilla for the purpose of installing a pool in the backyard (Petition

4 REQUEST TO LOCATE A PORTABLE BATCH PLANT ON THE NORTHWEST
SECTION OF THE PARKING LOT AT THE LIVONIA MALL Engineering
Division, re requested by Tony Angelo Cement Construction Company for the
purpose of producing concrete for the paving of Seven Mile Road from Middlebelt
to Farmington for the period of July through mid-October
5 REQUEST TO APPROVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MICHIGAN
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA AND TO
APPROVE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE Engineering Division, re
for the reconstruction and resurfacing of Stark Road from Plymouth Road to
Eastbound Schoolcraft Road and along Eastbound Schoolcraft Road from Stark
Road to Farmington Road, with the Federal Government to reimburse the City
$412,140 00 for this project over the next four (4) years
6 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED Department of Law, re to Sections 290 and 340 of Title 15,
Chapter 40 (Swimming Pools) and Section 080 of Title 8, Chapter 24
(Nuisances) to add language that would require pools to be properly maintained
(CR 137-06)
