7 REQUEST TO APPROVE 2003-04 MEMBERSHIP DUES FOR THE MICHIGAN
COALITION TO PROTECT PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY (PROTEC) Office of
the Mayor, re for the period of July 1, 2003 — June 30, 2004, from funds
available in the current cable budget.
8 REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO EXTEND THE WORKING AGREEMENT
WITH THE WAYNE COUNTY OFFICE OF NUTRITION SERVICES THROUGH
SEPTEMBER 30, 2004 Department of Community Services, re to enable the
City to provide U S D.A. TEFAP commodity products to low income persons in
Livonia in accordance with rules provided by the State of Michigan Department of
Education in cooperation with the Wayne County Office of Nutrition Services
(CR 353-85)
9 AWARD OF CONTRACT Engineering Division, re for the 2003 Pavement
Crack and Joint Sealing Program (Contract 03-C)

11 REQUEST TO APPROVE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN

FARMINGTON HILLS, THE CITY OF NOVI AND THE TOWNSHIP OF vio
NORTHVILLE FOR THE SURFACING OF BASE LINE ROAD FROM
HAGGERTY ROAD TO EAST OF THE 1-275 EXPRESSWAY AND FOR THE
SURFACING OF HAGGERTY ROAD FROM THE LIVONIA CITY LIMIT TO
BASE LINE ROAD. Engineering Division, re with the City of Livonia's
participation estimated to be $14,927 00, or 0 90% of the total estimated project
cost.
12. GREENBELT PETITION Planning Commission, re Petition 2002-09-GB-03
submitted by Cambridge Center requesting to substitute a greenbelt for the
protective wall as outlined in Section 18 45 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Livonia, as amended, for property located on the south side of Six Mile Road
between 1-275/1-96 and Quakertown Lane (38777 Six Mile Road) in the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 18
13 SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION Planning Commission, re. Petition 2003-07-SN-
07 submitted by Westborn Market requesting approval to modify the existing
ground sign for the commercial building located on the west side of Middlebelt
Road between Five Mile Road and Linda Avenue (14925 Middlebelt Road) in the
Northeast '/4 of Section 23

14 PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED- Department of Law, re. to amend Section 010 of Title 1, Chapter 12
(General Penalty) to change the limit on sentences judges may impose for
violation of local ordinances (misdemeanors or civil infractions) from 90 days to
93 days to conform to the limit on sentences adopted by the State legislature
