half of their district's taxes with the summer tax collection and the remaining one-
half with the winter tax collection, commencing July 1, 2006

BOND AND THE SIDEWALK BOND Engineering Division, re for the
Brookview West Site Condominium Development, located on the west side of
Brookview Drive, between Six Mile Road and Bobrich, in the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 11 (CR 102-03)
8 REQUEST TO APPROVE RELEASE OF THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT
BOND, THE SIDEWALK BOND, THE LANDSCAPE/ENTRANCE MARKERS

re to extend the Engineering Contracts with Orchard, Hiltz and McCliment, Inc.
for the concrete program and Spalding DeDecker Associates for the asphalt

submitted by Tiseo Architects in connection with a proposal to construct an office
building on property located on the south side of Eight Mile Road, between
Middlebelt Road and Brentwood Avenue (29029 Eight Mile Road), in the

13 REQUEST TO AMEND QUICKEN LOANS PARKING LOT LEASE
AGREEMENT Department of Law, re to reduce the rental rates as the City of
Livonia's contribution for the MEGA tax abatement agreement with the stipulation
that if employment levels fall below the minimum specified in the MEGA
agreement, rent would be billed at the previous rate (CR 19-05)

X1 Proposed changes to the Heating, Venting and Air Conditioning Program
for City buildings with Honeywell, Inc. Public Service Division, re (1)
discontinue the Energy Savings Guarantee portion of the Guaranty
Services Program, (2) resume the one-day per week Honeywell on-site
staff support of the Guaranty Services Program, and (3) begin a new
Honeywell Preferred Mechanical Maintenance Services Program (one
year)for our Community Recreation Center
