HOURS OF 4 00 A.M AND 7 00 A.M Richard L. Glomb, Operations Manager,
Great Lakes Bowling Centers, re in connection with upcoming overnight youth
lock-in events scheduled to take place at Cloverlanes Bowl
5 REQUEST TO WAIVE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT Daniel J Taylor, re
residential properties located at 29160 Terrence and 28960 Terrence, as no
other sidewalks exist on Terrence between Middlebelt and Harrison.
6 REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S COMPETITIVE BID PROCESS AND TO
EXTEND THE CONTRACT WITH MAT COURT RECORDING & COURT
SERVICES FOR AN ADDITIONAL THREE (3) YEARS Office of the City Clerk,
re for the recording and transcription of verbatim minutes of City Council Public
Hearings for the period December 1, 2004 through November 30, 2007 (CR

7 REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S COMPETITIVE BID PROCESS AND TO
DESIGNATE THE OBSERVER & ECCENTRIC NEWSPAPERS, INC AS THE
CITY'S OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER. Office of the City Clerk, re. for the period
through May 1, 2006, at the same price quoted in 2002 (CR 190-02)
8 REQUEST TO REJECT BID AND ACCEPT SUBSEQUENT OFFER: Livonia
Fire & Rescue, re for the 1988 Pierce Arrow Triple Combination Pumper, as a
much higher offer was received subsequent to the bid opening for this piece of
equipment, as well as for the 1988 Pierce Arrow Pumper/Squrt Quint Truck, for
which no bid was received
9 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO INCREASE NEWBURGH VILLAGE AND
SILVER VILLAGE RESTORATION FEE. Livonia Housing Commission, re
which covers the cost of apartment painting, carpet cleaning and general
cleaning of vacant apartments prior to a new tenant moving in, and which fee has
not been adjusted since 1990 (CR 830-90)
10 REQUEST TO ACCEPT PROPOSAL FOR EXTERIOR PAINTING OF THE
ALEXANDER BLUE HOUSE AT GREENMEAD Livonia Historical Commission
and Department of Community Resources, re due to problems encountered
with the prior contractor (CR 662-01)
11 REQUEST TO AWARD BID, TO ESTABLISH A PROJECT BUDGET, AND TO 4110
AUTHORIZE A TRI-PARTY CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY, THE
MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY AND THE CONTRACTOR. Engineering
Division, re for the construction of a Storage Building at the Livonia Community
Recreation Center (CR 108-03)
12. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S COMPETITIVE BID PROCESS AND TO
ACCEPT PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY HEWLETT-PACKARD INC Division of
Police, re. to convert the historical records data from both the Livonia Police and
Fire Departments into a format that conforms with Clemis' requirements
