STEP Livonia Housing Commission, re in connection with the operation of a
domestic violence victim assistance program with funding provided through a
portion of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for the
2004-2005 program year (CR 271-04)
17 HOLD HARMLESS CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LIVONIA AND HELP
SOURCE. Livonia Housing Commission, re in connection with funding provided
through a portion of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program
to protect the City in the event that funds provided from the CDBG Program are
misappropriated or are spent in violation of the terms of the contract for the 2004-
2005 program year (CR 271-04)
18 HOLD HARMLESS CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LIVONIA AND THE
FAIR HOUSING CENTER OF METROPOLITAN DETROIT Livonia Housing

Hathaway Street sewer blockage that occurred on May 13, 2004
21 REQUEST TO APPROVE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE COUNTY OF WAYNE AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA. Engineering Division,
re for the resurfacing of Six Mile Road, between Middlebelt and Inkster Roads,
as well as for bridge repairs, with the City of Livonia's participation estimated at
$88,721 00, or 7 94% of the total project cost.

22 REQUEST TO PLACE THE SELECTION OF ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS
FOR THE 2005 LIVONIA COMPREHENSIVE ROAD REPAIR AND
RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM INTO THE APPROPRIATE COUNCIL
COMMITTEE. Engineering Division, re to permit consultants to make their
presentations in a timely manner
23 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPING PLAN Planning Commission,
re. in connection with Petition 2004-04-08-08 submitted by WT Development
Corporation, on behalf of Taco Bell, which previously received waiver use
approval by the City Council to demolish and reconstruct the restaurant located
on the west side of Merriman Road (11707 Merriman Road), between Plymouth
Road and the C&O Railroad, in the Southeast % of Section 27 (CR 282-04)
