formal contract extension has been negotiated with Medical Management
Systems of Michigan, Inc. (MMS) in connection with developing electronic run
reports to minimize the burden of compliance with the new HIPPA guidelines

NEW BUSINESS
22 ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION Livonia Fire & Rescue, re a cash donation in
the amount of $500 00 from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan to be used
for the purposes as designated by the donor
23 ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS Office of the Mayor, re cash donations from
several local merchants and professionals which were used to help install and
operate holiday lighting in the boulevards on Farmington and Five Mile Roads
