Chapter 08 (Water Service Rates and Revenues) so as to increase the water
consumption rate effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2005
14 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED Water and Sewer Board, re amendment to Sections 120 D 1 and
120 D 3 of Title 13, Chapter 20 (Livonia Sewage Disposal System) so as to
increase the wastewater disposal charge and industrial waste control meter
charges effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2005
