Medlen, President, Holy Cross Women of the ELCA, re to advertise a Book and
Bake Sale fundraiser being held by Holy Cross Lutheran Church on Friday and
Saturday, November 5 and 6, 2004 from 10.00 a m until 4.00 pin to raise
monies for a seminary scholarship fund
3 COLLECTION OF WAYNE COUNTY TRANSIT AUTHORITY TAXES FOR THE
YEAR 2004 Office of the City Clerk, re. as forwarded by the Treasurer of the
Board of the Wayne County Transit Authority and to be collected by the City
during the Winter Tax Collection
4. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT Livonia Public Library, re from the Reed Act/Gates
Foundation in the amount of $13,768 41 to be used for replacing and upgrading
public access computers at the Civic Center, Noble and Sandburg Libraries
5. REQUEST TO ENTER INTO 48-MONTH LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH LANIER
WORLDWIDE, INC , IKON OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC AND WITH DANKA
OFFICE IMAGING COMPANY Department of Finance, re for five (5) copiers
for various City departments, after which time title on the copiers would be
4160, transferred to the City, from funds budgeted for this purpose

6. REQUEST TO APPROVE RENTAL ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY-OWNED
SCATTERED SITE PROPERTIES. Livonia Housing Commission, re. to provide
future maintenance and capital improvements for fifteen (15) low-income
scattered site family properties to become effective January 1, 2005 (CR 540-
03)
7 AWARD OF BID. Public Service Division, re. for 2004 Roof Replacement
Projects (City Hall Annex, Water and Sewer Maintenance Building and DPW
Administration Building) from supplemental funding approved pursuant to Council
Resolution 221-04
8 GREENBELT PETITION. Planning Commission, re. Petition 2004-08-GB-04
submitted by Ron Rissman requesting approval to substitute a greenbelt for the
protective wall as outlined in Section 18 45 of the Zoning Ordinance for property
located on the east side of Ann Arbor Road, between Ann Arbor Trail and West
Chicago Boulevard (38047 Ann Arbor Road), in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 31
9 SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION. Planning Commission, re. Petition 2004-08-SN-
07 submitted by Bravo Italian Restaurant requesting signage for the restaurant
located on the east side of Haggerty Road, between Six Mile and Seven Mile
Roads (17700 Haggerty Road), in the Southwest % of Section 6 -

18 PROPOSED LOT SPLIT Department of Assessment, re requested by John

$500 00 in Farmer Jack Gift Certificates from the Kiwanis Early Risers, that are
given to residents in an emergency situation while they seek permanent
assistance through local, State and County agencies.
