the period through May 1, 2006, at the same price quoted in 2002. (CR

8 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO INCREASE NEWBURGH VILLAGE
AND SILVER VILLAGE RESTORATION FEE Livonia Housing
Commission, re: which covers the cost of apartment painting, carpet
cleaning and general cleaning of vacant apartments prior to a new tenant
moving in, and which fee has not been adjusted since 1990 (CR 830-90)

TO ACCEPT PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY HEWLETT-PACKARD INC •
Division of Police, re: to convert the historical records data from both the 410
Livonia Police and Fire Departments into a format that conforms with
Clemis' requirements.
10 REQUEST FOR REFERRAL TO THE LIVONIA TRAFFIC COMMISSION.
Councilmember Thomas Robinson, re• Timing issues with the east to
west pedestrian crosswalks at the intersection of Five Mile Road and
Merriman Road in conjunction with the traffic light.

12 REQUEST TO WAIVE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT Daniel J Taylor, re
residential properties located at 29160 Terrence and 28960 Terrence, as
no other sidewalks exist on Terrence between Middlebelt and Harrison.
13 REQUEST TO REJECT BID AND ACCEPT SUBSEQUENT OFFER.
Livonia Fire & Rescue, re. for the 1988 Pierce Arrow Triple Combination
Pumper, as a much higher offer was received subsequent to the bid
opening for this piece of equipment, as well as for the 1988 Pierce Arrow
Pumper/Squrt Quint Truck, for which no bid was received.
14 REQUEST TO ACCEPT PROPOSAL FOR EXTERIOR PAINTING OF
THE ALEXANDER BLUE HOUSE AT GREENMEAD Livonia Historical
Commission and Department of Community Resources, re due to
problems encountered with the prior contractor (CR 662-01)
15. REQUEST TO AWARD BID, TO ESTABLISH A PROJECT BUDGET,
AND TO AUTHORIZE A TRI-PARTY CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY,

17 ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM RAYMOND W SCHINKE.
Department of Law, re. secured without monetary consideration in
connection with the proposed property division at 29164 Terrence (Tax
Parcel No 46-050-01-0332-000)
