03, and pursuant to Section 23 01(a) of Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as
amended, to determine whether or not to amend Section 23 05 of Article
XXIII of Zoning Ordinance 543, as amended, in order to modify signage
requirements for public notification of properties proposed to be rezoned.

Section 19 06(f) of Article XIX of Zoning Ordinance No 543, as amended,
in order to give City Council more flexibility with respect to waiver use
