11 REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S COMPETITIVE BID PROCESS AND
TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN OAKLAND COUNTY'S COURTS AND
LAW ENFORCEMENT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
(CLEWS). Division of Police, re as this system serves as a technical link
between member agencies to promote communication and the sharing of
criminal justice information and is a sole source provider
12. REQUEST TO INCREASE FEES FOR THE FIGURE SKATING
PROGRAM Department of Parks and Recreation, re based on current
costs for the instructor, facility rentals and overhead to achieve a
breakeven point.

TRAINING SYSTEM" FROM SWEDE SURVIVAL SYSTEMS Livonia Fire
& Rescue, re in connection with the grant awarded to the City through

14 REQUEST TO APPROVE PAYMENT FOR THE "GUARANTEE
SERVICES PROGRAM" PROVIDED BY HONEYWELL, INC Public
Service Division, re a 10-year program whereby Honeywell, Inc. will
provide quarterly energy avoidance reports to the City and will train and
provide assistance to City staff in managing the heating, venting and air
conditioning equipment in 18 City facilities.

YEAR FOR STREET SWEEPING SERVICES Public Service Division,
re. to complete the sweeping required for the City's 2003 Leaf Pickup
Program and to complete supplemental routine sweeping required for the
l City's 2003 Leaf Pickup Program at the unit prices accepted in September

re with the City's portion of the cost estimated to be $5,150 00, or 2.28%
18 REQUEST TO APPROVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
LIVONIA AND THE COUNTY OF WAYNE FOR THE RESURFACING OF

20 REQUEST TO AMEND THE CONTRACT WITH HAYBALL TRANSPORT,
INC FOR THE 2003 ASPHALT PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION AND

re for the addition of four (4) new streets (Bredin Court, Clarita, Norwich
and Pickford) to the original contract and changes in the type of pavement
