various financial statements of the City of Livonia for the month ending May 31, 2006
CONSENT AGENDA
3 BLOCK PARTY Barbara Smith, re to be held Saturday, August 12, 2006, from
11.00 am to 10.00 p m on Floral, after the business parking lots south of Seven
Mile Road to Clarita, with a rain date requested of Saturday, August 19, 2006
2. BLOCK PARTY Lisa Damico, re to be held Saturday, August 12, 2006, from
2 00 p.m to 10.00 p.m. on Martin, between Loveland and Westmore, with no rain
date requested
3 VACATING REQUEST Lori Barnes, re of a 6 ft. utility easement located at
17417 Francavilla for the purpose of installing a pool in the backyard (Petition
2006-06-03-01)
4 REQUEST TO LOCATE A PORTABLE BATCH PLANT ON THE NORTHWEST
SECTION OF THE PARKING LOT AT THE LIVONIA MALL. Engineering
Division, re requested by Tony Angelo Cement Construction Company for the
purpose of producing concrete for the paving of Seven Mile Road from Middlebelt
to Farmington for the period of July through mid-October
5 REQUEST TO APPROVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MICHIGAN
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA AND TO
APPROVE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE. Engineering Division, re
for the reconstruction and resurfacing of Stark Road from Plymouth Road to
Eastbound Schoolcraft Road and along Eastbound Schoolcraft Road from Stark
Road to Farmington Road, with the Federal Government to reimburse the City
$412,140 00 for this project over the next four (4) years.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
6 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED. Department of Law, re. to Sections 290 and 340 of Title 15,
Chapter 40 (Swimming Pools) and Section 080 of Title 8, Chapter 24
(Nuisances) to add language that would require pools to be properly maintained.

7 PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT
Engineering Division, re. to determine necessity for the Harrison Woods Site
Condominiums located on the south side of Seven Mile Road between Lathers
Avenue and Brentwood Avenue in the North % of Section 12
Public Hearing held on June 19, 2006.
