MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR THE PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE
BELL BRANCH STREAMBANK STABILIZATION PROJECT aka RENNOLDS'
RAVINE RIVER NATIONAL WET WEATHER DEMONSTRATION PROJECT
On Wednesday, September 19, 2012, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council Vice-President Pastor at 7 05 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James
McCann, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, and John Pastor Absent: Maureen
Miller Brosnan and Laura Toy
Council Vice-President Pastor stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Roll of a Special
Assessment District for the Bell Branch Streambank Stabilization Project
(RXB-14), aka Rennolds' Ravine River National Wet Weather Demonstration
Project Round X, Part "B" grant program for storm water general permit
activities, City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan
There were nine (9) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p m , on Wednesday,
September 19, 2012
