PUBLIC HEARING
SUBMITTED BY FORD MOTOR COMPANY
RE APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
On Monday, October 15, 2012, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Toy at 9 10 p m Present: Brian Kritzman, James McCann, Joe Laura,
Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura Toy Absent: John Pastor
Council President Toy stated that this was a Public Hearing regarding an
application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate submitted by Brenda Jo Beck,
Manager-Global Property Taxes for Ford Motor Company on behalf of Ford Motor
Company, for approval of an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate new equipment
for the machining centers, assembly areas, material handling function and other facility
equipment necessary to support the manufacturing process and upgrades to
development labs located at 36200 Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI 48150, which is located
within the City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 1
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 20 p m , on Monday, October 15,
2012
