PUBLIC HEARING

RE APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
On Monday, April 16, 2012, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Toy
at 7 30 p m Present: Brian Kritzman, James McCann, Joe Laura, John Pastor,
Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura Toy Absent. None
Council President Toy stated that this was a Public Hearing regarding an
application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate submitted by Robert Sakuta,
President of Delta Gear, Inc , for approval for the transfer of a previously approved
Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate 2007-091 from 33067 Industrial road to their
facility located at 36251 Schoolcraft Road, which is located within the City of Livonia
Industrial Development Overlay District No 110
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 35 p m , on Monday, April 16, 2012
