FOR AN EXEMPTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
(INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT #94)
On Wednesday, October 19, 2011, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council President McCann at 7 00 p m Present: Conrad Schwartz,
John Pastor, Brian Meakin, Joe Laura, Maureen Miller Brosnan and James
McCann Absent: Laura Toy
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether to approve the Application for Exemption of Personal
Property, submitted by Charles L. Dardas, President, Chief Operating Officer of
Washers Inc., (d b.a Alpha USA / Alpha Stamping Company) for the purchase of
new equipment and machinery for their facility located at 33375 Glendale,
Livonia, MI 48150 (Industrial Development District #94)
There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , on
Wednesday, October 19, 2011
