PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY
4M INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR AN I.F.E.0
(INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT #111)
On Monday, August 29, 2011, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Senior Councilmember Toy at 7 00 p m Present: Conrad Schwartz, Brian
Meakin, John Pastor, and Laura Toy Absent: James McCann, Joe Laura and
Maureen Miller Brosnan
Senior Councilmember Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by Mark W Reed, CPA, Land mi, Reed & Dawson, P C , on
behalf of Steve Marsh, COO of 4M Industries, Inc , for the purchase of new
equipment and machinery for their facilities located at 35300 Glendale and 33855
Capitol, for the manufacture of precision machine components for the Aerospace,
Weapons, Automotive and Medical Industries, within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 111
There were thirteen (13) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m on Monday, August
29, 2011
