MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OF A
PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
FOR THE BELL BRANCH STREAMBANK STABILIZATION PROJECT
On Monday, September 26, 2011 , the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7.00 p m Present: Conrad Schwartz, John
Pastor, Brian Meakin, Joe Laura, Laura Toy, and James McCann Absent:
Maureen Miller Brosnan
Council President McCann stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity of a
Special Assessment District for the Bell Branch Streambank Stabilization
Project (RXB-14), aka Rennolds' Ravine River National Wet Weather
Demonstration Project Round X, Part "B" grant program for storm water
general permit activities, located within the City of Livonia, Wayne County,
Michigan
There were twelve (12) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 35 p m , on Monday,
September 26, 2011
