PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR
EXEMPTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

On Monday, May 17, 2010, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President McCann at 7 00 p m Present: Conrad Schwartz, John Pastor, Brian
Meakin, Joe Laura, Laura Toy, Maureen Brosnan and James McCann Absent:
None
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Exemption of New Personal
Property under PA 328 of 1998, submitted by Leo J (Jerry) Howe, of Wahler
Automotive Systems, Inc , in connection with an automated assembly line for the
manufacture of thermostats at their facility located at 13753 Otterson Court,
within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 111
There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 20 p m on Monday, May 17,
2010
