PUBLIC HEARING RE: REQUEST SUBMITTED BY

On Wednesday, October 7, 2009, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council Vice President Godfroid-Marecki at 7 08 p m Present: Brian
Meakin, Tom Robinson, John Pastor, Joe Laura, and Terry Godfroid-Marecki
Absent: James McCann and Laura Toy
Council Vice President Godfroid-Marecki stated that this was a public
hearing on the question whether to approve the Application for Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate, submitted by Laurance R Kornacki, President, A
R Packing Co , Inc , for a building renovation and acquisition of new equipment
to process meat products at their new facility located at 34165 Autry Street,
Livonia, MI 48150 (Industrial Development Overlay District#111)
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 22 p m , on Wednesday,
October 7, 2009
