On Monday, December 15, 2008, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council President Toy at 7 12 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Tom
Robinson, Don Knapp, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, and Laura Toy
Absent: Joe Laura
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by John R. Jenkins, Jr , CFO, South/Win Ltd , in
connection with the manufacture of windshield washer fluid, automotive coolant,
automotive washing solvents, marine washing solvents and other related
products for their new facility at 11800 Sears Drive located within the City of
Livonia Industrial Development Overlay District No 108
There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:25 p m , on Monday,
December 15, 2008
