PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY

On Monday, October 13, 2008, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at 7 03 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Don Knapp, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, and Laura Toy Absent: Tom Robinson and
James McCann
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by Wayne M Avers, Vice President, Admiral Tool &
Manufacturing Co of Michigan, for the acquisition of new equipment for their
facility at 38010 Amrhein Road located within the City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 77
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m , on Monday,
October 13, 2008
