On Monday, October 1, 2007, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President McCann at TOO p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Gerald Taylor, and James McCann Absent:

Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by TRW Automotive Inc & Subs for a new building which
will contain new testing and research equipment at their facility at 12200 Tech
Center Drive, within City of Livonia Industrial Development Overlay District No
108
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , on Monday,
October 1, 2007
