MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
STREET LIGHTING FOR LIVONIA MANOR SITE CONDOMINIUMS
On Wednesday, October 17, 2007, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Councilman Gerald Taylor at 7 09 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, Thomas Robinson, and Gerald Taylor Absent: Don Knapp, Joe Laura,
and James McCann
Councilman Gerald Taylor stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special
Assessment Roll for Street Lighting for Livonia Manor Site Condominiums,
S E 1/4 of Section 3, located north of Seven Mile Road, between Merriman Road
and Auburndale Avenue, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 15 p m , on Wednesday,
October 17, 2007
