PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY
SAM SHAMIE, MANAGING MEMBER, S & N DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
LLC, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 37640 SEVEN
MILE ROAD, IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6
On Wednesday, January 9, 2008, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council President Toy at 6 58 p m Present: Terry Godfroid-Marecki,
James McCann, Joe Laura, Brian Meakin, Tom Robinson, Don Knapp, and
Laura Toy Absent: None
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether this City Council should approve the request from Sam
Shamie, Managing Member, S & N Development Company, LLC, for the
establishment of an Industrial Development District within the boundaries of the
City of Livonia in an area of approximately 6 376 acres lying in the Southeast 1/4
of Section 6 as more particularly described in the attachment to the application
which is hereby incorporated by reference and which is hereinafter referred to as
"Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 111"
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter

Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 09 p m on Wednesday,
January 9, 2008
