MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
STREET LIGHTING FOR CURTIS CREEK SITE CONDOMINIUMS
On Wednesday, February 20, 2008, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at 7.01 p m. Present: Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura,

Brian Meakin, Tom Robinson, Don Knapp, and Laura Toy Absent: James
McCann
Council President Toy stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for
Street Lighting for Curtis Creek Site Condominiums, S E 1/4 of Section 11,
located south of Curtis Avenue, between Melvin Avenue and Fremont Avenue,
City of Livonia, Michigan
There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.04 p m , on Wednesday,
February 20, 2008
