NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET
LIGHTING PROJECT IN THE CHESTNUT GROVE SITE CONDOMINIUMS
On Monday, January 22, 2007, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 00 p m Present Don Knapp, Brian Meakin,
Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Gerald Taylor, and James McCann Absent:

Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing to
determine the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project
in the CHESTNUT GROVE SITE CONDOMINIUMS, IN THE N W 1/4 OF
SECTION 4, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EIGHT MILE ROAD
BETWEEN GILL ROAD AND ELLEN DRIVE, City of Livonia, Wayne County,
Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, entitled "Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance"
There were eleven (11) individuals present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 14 p m , Monday, January 22,
2007
