Petition 2006-09-01-08 submitted by Peter Lyders, on behalf of Sundance,
Inc (a franchisee of Taco Corp )
On Wednesday, January 24, 2007 the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 31 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin,
Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and
James McCann Absent. None
Pursuant to Section 23 06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the
hearing date to those persons affected by the proposed change and all other
requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance have been fulfilled
Council President McCann stated that in accordance with the provisions
set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan 1921, as
amended, the Zoning Act (M S.A Section 5.2934, M C L.A. 125 584), as well as
Article XXIII of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia,
the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relevant to the
following rezoning requests
1 Petition 2006-10-01-09 submitted by Cambridge West Limited
Partnership, on behalf of Starbuck's Coffee, requesting to rezone
property located at 39209 Six Mile Road, on the southeast corner of Six
Mile Road and Haggerty Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18, from OS
(Office Services) to C-2 (General Business)

2 Petition 2006-09-01-08 submitted by Peter Lyders, on behalf of
Sundance, Inc. (a franchisee of Taco Bell Corp.), requesting to rezone
a portion of the property located at 19036 Filmore, on the east side of
Filmore Avenue between Seven Mile Road and Clarita Avenue in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, from R-3 (One Family Residential, 80' x 120'
minimum lot) to C-2 (General Business)
There were nineteen (19) individuals present in the audience on these
matters
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 56 p m , Wednesday,
January 24, 2007
