PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY DAVID
GROSSMAN, PARTNER, THE GROSSMAN COMPANY, LLC ON BEHALF OF
ADMIRAL TOOL MANUFACTURING, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 11820 GLOBE ROAD, IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 29
On Monday, February 12, 2007 the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 10 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin,
Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Tom Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and James
McCann Absent None
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether to approve the request to establish an Industrial
Development District, submitted by David Grossman, Partner, The Grossman
Company, LLC, on behalf of Admiral Tool and Manufacturing, for the property
located at 11820 Globe Road, Livonia, MI 48150 within the boundaries of the City
of Livonia in an area of approximately 6 75 acres lying in the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 29 as more particularly described in the attachment to the application
which is hereby incorporated by reference and which is hereinafter referred to as
"Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 104"
There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 42 p m on Monday,
February 12, 2007
