PUBLIC HEARING RE APPEAL OF DENIAL OF APPLICATION
FOR CERTIFICATION OF REGISTRATION TO OPERATE A
SECONDHAND•MERCHANDISE DEALERS BUSINESS BY
TODD SCHIFTAR (CONSIGNMENT OUTLET LIVONIA, LLC),
15700 MIDDLEBELT, LIVONIA, MI 48154.
On Wednesday, July 12, 2006, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor and James McCann Absent: Don
Knapp and Joe Laura
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
Appeal of Denial of Application for Certification of Registration to Operate a
Secondhand Merchandise Dealers Business by Todd Schiftar (Consignment
Outlet Livonia, LLC), 15700 Middlebelt, Livonia, Michigan 48154
There were twenty-eight (28) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9.20 p m , on Wednesday, July
12, 2006
