PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR
SPECULATIVE BUILDING DESIGNATION
SUBMITTED BY ROSATI LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC
On Monday, October 2, 2006, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 01 p m Present: James McCann, Brian Meakin,
Joe Laura, Gerald Taylor, and Don Knapp Absent: Terry Godfroid-Marecki and
Thomas Robinson
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for speculative building designation
for an 8,000 square foot building to be constructed on Lot 13 in Rosati Industrial
Park, 34418 Rosati Avenue, to be located within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 100
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p m , on Monday,
October 2, 2006
